Cumming Group, a leading cost management and estimating consultancy in the United States, seeks a Senior Project Controls Manager to contribute to a large-scale data center project in the Northeast. You will grow your project controls and cost knowledge across all phases while delivering value to clients.

Qualified candidates bring 8+ years in project controls, strong estimating and scheduling skills (P6/MS Project), and proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field.
• Experience: 8+ years in Project Controls or related roles.
• Preferred Certifications: MRICS, CPE, CEP, PMP, Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Perform project controls services including capital planning, governance, front end planning, funding, cost & commercial management, schedule control.
• Participate in delivery of portfolios, programs & project delivery.
• Support development of client capital plans with cashflow and accrual information.
• Assist with Front-end Planning assessments to ensure projects are well planned before funding.
• Forecast and influence project outcomes; develop risk mitigation plans.
• Ensure closure of projects including all financial activities.
