Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field is required.
• 8–10 years of experience in project controls, cost management, or scheduling.
• CCP or PSP certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees setup of project controls processes, tools and reports via a Project Controls Plan.
• Develops and manages budgets, forecasts, schedules, progress measurement, and risk analyses.
• Monitors performance metrics and variance analyses for stakeholders.
• Leads Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) and performance reviews.
• Coordinates data aggregation across systems for consolidated project views.
• Manages project Controls Specialists and DPR standards.
