Ideal candidates have a BS in Construction Management or related field, 8+ years in project controls, and certifications such as MRICS, CPE, CCE, CEP, PMP or Six Sigma.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in Project Controls or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of cost management, scheduling, and risk.
• Experience with ERP and project controls software.
• Ability to read contracts and schedules and manage multi-phase funding.

• Oversee project controls for capital programs and biotech client.
• Lead budgeting, cashflow, accruals, and funding documentation.
• Manage schedule control, risk, and reporting to governance.
• Set up project systems, coding, and procure-to-pay processes.
• Develop cost strategies and communication with stakeholders.
