Cumming Group is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager in Hillsboro, OR to oversee project controls for a client in the bio-tech space. The role requires deep experience in capital planning, scheduling, cost control, and funding processes across multi-phase projects.

You will work with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), Primavera P6, and Procore to ensure accurate forecasts and robust risk management. The position offers competitive salary and benefits in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field.
• 8+ years in Project Controls or related roles.
• MRICS, CPE, CCE, CEP, PMP, Six Sigma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform Project Controls services including capital planning, governance, front end planning, funding, setup, procurement to pay, cost management, scheduling, risk management, and close-out.
• Support portfolio and program delivery; assist with cashflow and accrual updates.
• Facilitate funding through consolidated information for funding requests.
• Set up project systems; communicate requirements to inputs providers.
• Provide reports to enable governance and control of projects.
