Job summary

Cumming Group is seeking an experienced project manager to drive capital projects from design through closeout in the biotech sector. You will coordinate design, cost estimates, scheduling, and vendor oversight while ensuring regulatory and budget compliance to achieve client goals.

The ideal candidate has 6–10 years in project management for capital projects, strong leadership, and excellent collaboration skills to work across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6–10 years of experience in conceptual development, project management, project controls, planning and scheduling on capital projects.
  • Experience in Biotech or related industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team and adapt to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates project design, cost estimates, schedule and client interface on capital projects.
  • Manages capital project implementation including oversight of selected vendors.
  • Develops and leads design management, procurement strategies, construction, fit-out and closeout.
  • Budget development and management; prepare cost and revenue projections.
  • Oversee entitlement processes and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Lead project procedures and processes for running the project.
