Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, finance, or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and/or project cost.
• Strong cost management, forecasting, and reporting skills.
• Proficient in CPM scheduling concepts and document control systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in project teams.

Responsibilities

• Follow Stantec PM Framework with Program Project Manager and policies.
• Guide PMs on initiation activities like Oracle setup and sub-contracting.
• Lead internal project management and forecasting.
• Develop and monitor project controls standards and procedures.
• Prepare reports on program/project financial position.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and others in meetings.
• Provide QA/QC of budgets, forecasts, and invoicing.
• Support subcontract management and multi-year baseline budget.
• Track program expenditures.
• Prepare internal and external Program Status Reports.
• Communicate concerns to Program Leadership.
