Job summary

Worley is seeking a Cost Controller for the Titan Decommissioning Project to manage integrated cost, schedule, and performance reporting for Owner/Operator scopes. You will partner with Equinor Operations, Wells, and Worley Project Controls to ensure accurate forecasting, baselines, and governance across owner-controlled activities.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, SIMOPS coordination, and ensuring timely monthly reporting while maintaining data integrity and compliance with project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related discipline.
• Experience in project controls, cost management, planning/scheduling, or related discipline; energy/oil & gas preferred.
• Strong experience with forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and performance reporting on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Support cost tracking, budgeting, and forecasting for the Titan project.
• Coordinate cost and schedule impacts with Owner interfaces and offshore activities.
• Maintain monthly performance reporting and identify emerging risks.
• Ensure data integrity and alignment with governance and regulatory requirements.
