Job summary

Worley Group, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Controls Specialist to own integrated cost, schedule, and performance management for the Titan Decommissioning Project. You will work with Equinor Operations, Wells, and Worley Project Controls to ensure safe, compliant delivery and transparent reporting.

The role focuses on cost governance, forecasting, baseline maintenance, and interface coordination across owner and contractor teams, with emphasis on EcoSys and monthly performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Business, or related discipline preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Experience in project controls, cost management, planning/scheduling, or related discipline, preferably in energy/oil & gas/decommissioning.
• Demonstrated experience in cost management, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and performance reporting on complex projects.
• Strong experience with project scheduling and schedule integration, including development, maintenance, progress measurement, and impacts on cost/schedule.
• Experience working in an Owner/Operator environment with engineering, operations, wells, construction, and project execution teams.
• Knowledge of EcoSys and integrated cost/schedule reporting preferred.
• Experience with change management, risk and opportunity management, commitments, variations, and commercial interfaces.
• Understanding of project financial governance and monthly reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Support cost tracking, budgeting, and forecasting for the Titan project.
• Update cost baselines and dashboards for ownercontrolled activities.
• Consolidate cost and schedule data for monthly reporting.
• Coordinate with Operations and Wells to capture cost/schedule impacts from readiness, permitting, logistics, and offshore activities.
• Ensure alignment with milestones, ORR/TRR planning, and offshore execution windows.
• Support SIMOPS interfaces and ensure they reflect in the schedule.
• Maintain staffing and support monthly performance reporting including trends and health indicators.
• Identify emerging cost/schedule risks and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
