Job summary

Worley in Houston seeks a Principal Project Control Specialist to provide integrated cost, scheduling, and performance management for the Titan Decommissioning Project, specifically for Operations and Wells. You will ensure accurate forecasting, governance, and reporting across owner-controlled activities.

You will collaborate with Equinor Operations, Wells, and Worley Project Controls to support safe, predictable delivery, with strong focus on interfaces, SIMOPS, and ORR/TRR planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related discipline; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Experience in project controls, cost management, planning/scheduling on complex projects.
• Experience in Owner/Operator environments; offshore or decommissioning sectors preferred.
• Strong experience with scheduling and integration; cost/schedule impacts
• Familiarity with EcoSys and integrated cost/schedule reporting
• Experience with change, risk, opportunities, and commercial interfaces
• Understanding of financial governance and monthly reporting

Responsibilities

• Support cost tracking, budgeting, and forecasting for the Titan project.
• Ensure cost management aligns with Owner governance, cost coding, and report requirements.
• Update cost baselines and dashboards for owner-controlled activities.
• Consolidate cost and schedule data for monthly reporting.
• Coordinate with MCS Planner to integrate schedules.
• Capture cost/schedule impacts from readiness, permitting, logistics and offshore activities.
• Support SIMOPS and ORR/TRR planning.
• Engage with stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparency.
