Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains time-phased project cost and resource forecasts.
• Prepares earned value and cost performance reports and discusses observations with management.
• Analyses variances and performs risk and profit/loss analyses; supports financial forecasting.
• Provides technical guidance and training to junior staff and mentors team members.
• Ensures compliance with internal procedures and government regulations.
