CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Project Controls Specialist to support U.S. based projects. You will develop complex schedule and cost baselines, analyze variances, and assist in risk and forecasting. This role requires coordination with project teams and adherence to federal procedures.

You will implement financial controls, mentor junior staff, and work across locations in a hybrid setting. Strong experience with Primavera P6 and EcoSys is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience required.
• Must meet federal contract requirements including US citizenship.
• Experience with Earned Value Management and cost/schedule forecasting.

Responsabilités

• Develops time-phased cost and resource forecasts and validates costs.
• Performs earned value and variance analyses and prepares reports.
• Maintains financial controls, forecasting techniques and risk reserves.
• Collaborates with project teams and management across locations.
• Mentors junior staff and may supervise engineers on project work.
