Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required for federal contracts or clearances.
• Deep knowledge of project management, budgeting, planning and control.
• Understanding project finance, accounting and business administration.
• Ability to interpret drawings and specs to manage execution.
• Expert knowledge of Primavera P6 scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Develops time-phased cost and resource forecasts and validates costs.
• Generates earned value and performance reports for portfolios.
• Maintains risk reserves and integrates into forecasts.
• Supports internal controls, processes and forecasting techniques.
• Mentors junior staff and may supervise engineers.
