Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience in project controls.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains time-phased project cost and resource forecasts.
• Monitors progress and compares actual expenditures to forecasts.
• Produces Earned Value Management reports and discusses with project managers.
• Ensures compliance with internal procedures and contractual requirements.
• Provides guidance and training to junior staff and may supervise junior engineers.
