Qualifications

• Strong Excel and data analytics skills; proficient in cost/schedule forecasting.
• Proven collaboration and communication with project teams and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze detailed project schedules in Primavera P6.
• Update schedules regularly with actual progress and revised logic.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, IT, and team members on scope and dependencies.
• Gathers information for status and health of projects from team members.
• Produces monthly project reports including P6 outputs for leadership.
• Gathers, validates, and analyzes schedule data for accuracy and trends.
• Maintains work breakdown structures and tracks schedule variances and critical path.
• Generates project controls reports and supports data-driven decisions.
