Job summary

Radiant Systems Inc. seeks a Project Control Specialist to lead scheduling and cost controls for strategic construction projects. The role covers progress measurement, forecast updates, and contract oversight from development through close-out.

You will interface with project and corporate teams, serve as SME on project controls, and train users on contractual scheduling processes. Strong EVMS and P6 skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in P6 scheduling of major projects.
• Experience with cost and work-hour resource loaded schedules.
• Experience with Earned Value Management System.
• Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 scheduling software and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Implement and execute project controls on strategic construction projects.
• Schedule analysis, cost forecasting, accruals, and invoice reviews.
• Prepare updated cash flow forecasts and assist with contract oversight.
• Coordinate with accounting/finance for project forecasting and accruals.
• Provide SME guidance on project controls and risk identification.
