Qualifications

• Seven or more (7+) years of experience in project controls or related cost engineering.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Business, or Technical preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and project accounting processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Project Controls processes and procedures.
• Consolidate cost and schedule data to align with WBS and control accounts.
• Support estimate creation and documentation/version control.
• Create quantity take-offs and unit rate tables for cost estimates.
• Review and validate cost reports and schedules against baselines.
• Lead change management workflow and status reporting.
• Produce timely detailed cost reports and variance analyses.
• Provide inputs for risk assessments and progress measurement reporting.
