Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Seven or more (7+) years of experience in project controls, project accounting, cost engineering, or scheduling roles.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and tools such as MS Dynamics 365, MS Project, Primavera P6, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Project Controls processes and procedures.
• Consolidate, organize, and integrate various cost and schedule data sources to align with WBS/Control Account levels.
• Support Project Managers with estimate creation and documentation/version control.
• Create quantity take-offs and unit rate tables for use in cost estimates.
• Lead management of change workflow execution and status reporting.
