Job summary

Bowman Consulting Group, Ltd. in Houston, TX is seeking a Project Controls Specialist IV to join our team.

This role provides technical and non-technical support within the project execution team, focusing on cost, schedule, and control processes to support internal and external deliverables. The position requires strong project controls expertise, excellent communication, and the ability to lead a team and collaborate across disciplines to ensure timely, accurate reporting and robust change

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in project controls, accounting, cost engineering, or scheduling.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and scheduling tools (MS Dynamics 365, MS Project, Primavera P6).
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Project Controls processes and procedures.
• Consolidate cost and schedule data aligned with WBS/Control Account levels.
• Support PMs with estimate creation and documentation/version control.
• Create quantity take-offs and unit rate tables for cost estimates.
