Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Manager, Project Controls Planning for Life Science projects in the United States. You will lead scheduling, governance, and reporting for complex pharmaceutical facilities, coordinating across owners, EPCM partners, and vendors to ensure on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in project controls, strong leadership, and expertise in Primavera P6, with a background in regulated life sciences environments; MBA or master’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive planning and scheduling experience, including leadership or management.
• Experience with large-scale pharma/biotech capital programs and P6 scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and scheduling for major life sciences capital projects.
• Oversee integrated schedules including engineering, procurement, construction, and startup.
• Provide forecasting, critical path analysis, and milestone tracking.
• Conduct QA/QC reviews of schedules and forecasting deliverables.
• Coordinate schedule integration across owners, EPCM, contractors, and vendors.
• Monitor performance, risks, and develop mitigation/recovery strategies.
• Mentor scheduling professionals and support staffing/planning.
