Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Creve Coeur, MO, is seeking a Manager, Project Controls Planning (Life Science) to lead scheduling for large-scale pharmaceutical and biotechnology facilities.

You will oversee integrated schedules across engineering, procurement, construction, equipment delivery, commissioning, and startup, and mentor scheduling staff while advising clients.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of planning experience, a relevant degree (Master's preferred), and expert Primavera P6 skills.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of progressive planning and scheduling experience.
• Experience leading or managing teams.
• Experience on large-scale pharma/biotech/advanced manufacturing projects.
• Experience on projects exceeding $1B IDC.
• Strong client and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and scheduling for life sciences capital projects.
• Oversee development, maintenance, and analysis of integrated project schedules.
• Provide schedule forecasting, critical path analysis, milestone tracking.
• Coordinate schedule integration across multiple stakeholders.
• Mentor scheduling professionals and support staffing.
• Develop scheduling standards and reporting tools.
