Arcadis U.S.Inc. seeks a Project Controls Specialist to support the Gateway Hudson Tunnel Project, a nationally significant infrastructure initiative.

You will lead schedule analysis, cost control, and reporting while coordinating with engineering, planning, construction and procurement teams to ensure project success. You will develop and maintain controls trackers, perform cost estimates, and support change management, earned value, and performance reporting for a high-profile

Qualifications

• Five to ten years of experience in project controls, scheduling, cost control or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related discipline.
• Experience reviewing engineering drawings, contracts, BOQs, and project docs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong reporting/analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scheduling, maintenance, analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
• Oversee cost estimates, budget monitoring, and cost impact analysis.
• Develop and maintain project controls trackers, cost data, unit rates, and benchmarks.
• Coordinate resource planning, loadings, and track planned vs actual labor/cost.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Support change management, claims, and contractor proposals through schedule/cost analysis.
• Collaborate with engineering, planning, scheduling, construction, procurement and stakeholders.
• Support adherence to project controls procedures and process improvements.
