Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Project Controls Specialist to support the Gateway Hudson Tunnel Project (HTP) in the United States. Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in project controls, scheduling, cost control or related field.
• Experience reviewing engineering drawings, contract specs and BOQs.
• Experience developing or maintaining project schedules and cost estimates.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Project scheduling, schedule maintenance, schedule analysis, progress tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
• Project-level cost estimating, cost control, budget monitoring, and cost impact analysis.
• Develop and maintain project controls trackers, databases, cost information, unit rates, and benchmarks.
• Resource planning, load, run-rate analysis, and monitoring planned vs actual labor and cost.
• Prepare and review status reports, dashboards, schedule extracts, cost reports, and management presentations.
• Support scope changes, change requests for change orders, claims and contractor proposals through schedule and cost analysis.
• Coordinate with engineering, planning, scheduling, construction, procurement, and third-party stakeholders to validate scope, schedules, and costs.
• Support project controls procedures, estimating practices, and continuous process improvements within the RPS Project Controls Group.
