Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required with 5+ years of related experience.
• US citizenship due to federal government contract requirements.
• Extensive Earned Value Management (EVM) experience.
• Knowledge of project finance, accounting or business administration.

Responsibilities

• Develops time-phased project cost and resource forecasts; validates project costs and updates requirements.
• Monitors progress of deliverables and actual expenditures versus forecasts.
• Generates earned value reports and discusses findings with portfolio managers.
• Provides technical guidance and training to junior staff and may supervise junior engineers.
