CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Project Controls Specialist to support services projects across the U.S. The role focuses on developing cost baselines, analyzing schedule and cost data, and maintaining risk reserves within forecasts.

You will work with project teams and management to ensure robust financial controls across a portfolio of projects. The ideal candidate has expertise in Earned Value Management, scheduling, and resource forecasting, with strong reporting and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• U.S. Citizenship required for federal contracts.

Responsabilités

• Develop time-phased project cost and resource forecasts.
• Monitor scheduled progress and actual expenditures vs forecasts.
• Prepare earned value management reports and analyses.
• Communicate cost status and trends to stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior staff.
