Qualifications

• Must have strong project controls experience and leadership

• Exposure to pipeline, facility, and industrial construction projects is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Project Execution Plan
• Develop and manage project controls deliverables (cost, cash flow, schedule)
• Integrate cost control and scheduling functions
• Define staffing and resource requirements for project controls
• Perform QA/QC reviews of deliverables
• Coordinate Phase Gate Review documentation
• Support project planning, monitoring, and reporting activities
• Drive continuous improvement in project controls processes
