Job summary

Raise is seeking a Senior Planner/Scheduler for contract work, based in Duluth, MN or Edina, MN. The role focuses on advanced project planning, scheduling leadership, and EVM across large capital projects.

You will work on major multi-year initiatives, leveraging Primavera P6, Power BI, and EcoSys to guide best practices. This hybrid position requires strong analytical and stakeholder management skills to deliver on schedule commitments.

Qualifications

• Postsecondary education in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline.
• Expertise in Primavera P6 scheduling and Earned Value Management.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in project planning, scheduling, and project controls.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage project plans and schedules that align with objectives and milestones.
• Ensure compliance with scheduling standards and procedures.
• Establish WBS, coding structures, and resource assignments within schedules.
• Implement and monitor Earned Value Management (EVM) and SPI reporting.
• Review and integrate contractor schedules to meet project requirements.
• Coordinate schedule updates with progress, forecasts, and milestones.
• Identify schedule risks, constraints, and potential delays; develop mitigation plans.
• Communicate schedule performance and risks to project teams and stakeholders.
