Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5 years of related experience, a Bachelor's degree, and hands-on experience with Earned Value Management, Primavera P6, and EcoSys. Travel to project sites may be required.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required due to federal contract requirements.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and large project budgets is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops time‑phased project cost and resource forecasts; validates project costs.
• Generates earned value reports and discusses findings with project managers.
• Maintains integrated critical path schedules for major projects and portfolios.
• Provides technical guidance and mentoring to junior staff.
