Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of related experience; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and budgeting.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and project performance tools.

Responsibilities

• Develops time-phased project cost and resource forecasts; validates project costs.
• Updates schedule progress and resource productivity; tracks subcontractor commitments.
• Generates earned value reports; analyzes project performance and forecasts.
• Provides technical guidance and mentors junior staff.
• Ensures compliance with federal regulations and internal procedures.
