Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, construction management or finance.
• Understanding of data‑driven decision making and financial modeling.
• Basic knowledge of GAAP, accounting processes and controls.
• 10+ years in project controls, project finance, cost control, or construction accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of project controls professionals and develop clear priorities and standard work.
• Oversee project financial controls, including WIP, billing, accruals, and revenue recognition.
