Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of related experience in project controls or program management.

Responsibilities

• Develop time-phased cost and resource forecasts and validate costs.
• Prepare earned value reports and discuss observations with project managers.
• Monitor project deliverables and expenditures against forecasts.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor junior staff.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and federal regulations.
