Stantec is seeking a Project Controls Supervisor to lead the Project Controls team across E&R projects. The role focuses on robust planning, scheduling, cost control, and reporting to ensure successful project delivery.

You will partner with project managers and clients, standardize processes, align resourcing, and drive KPIs to maintain high-quality client deliverables and cost discipline across multiple offices.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in a certified project management program is highly desirable.
• Degree in engineering or technical diploma is an asset.
• Minimum 10+ years of project controls experience in an engineering/ EPC environment, with supervisory experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead Project Controls team development and performance evaluations.
• Oversee cost and schedule controls and KPI monitoring.
• Ensure staffing aligns with project objectives and allocate resources accordingly.
• Develop and maintain project controls procedures, tools, and systems.
• Provide timely project performance insights to support delivery excellence.
• Collaborate with project managers and finance for reliable data.
