Stantec in the United States is seeking a Project Controls Supervisor to lead the Project Controls team across E&R, delivering robust planning, scheduling, cost control, and reporting practices. You will align with BOU direction and collaborate with project leaders to optimize resource use and client delivery.

Reporting to the Project Services Manager, you will mentor staff, develop KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in project controls while ensuring accurate dashboards and client-ready

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project controls experience in an engineering management or EPC environment
• 2–3 years in a supervisory role
• Diploma or degree in certified project management is highly desirable
• Engineering degree is considered an asset

Responsabilités

• Lead Project Controls team with development and guidance, including performance monitoring and coaching
• Oversee cost and schedule control, issue resolution, and escalation decisions
• Lead teams through challenging projects and complex client environments
• Ensure staff are staffed with appropriate Project Controls resources and skills
• Assist with project setup, ensuring scope, schedule and budget are understood
• Communicate and monitor KPI goals, constraints, and priorities
