Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in project controls with focus on cost management.
• Strong knowledge of EVMS and field operations.
• Familiar with contract pay applications in construction.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead setup, monitoring, and forecasting of project cost and progress.
• Manage cost control elements: budget updates, scope changes, forecasts.
• Maintain data in cost control systems and tools.
• Analyze performance and advise on corrective actions to project teams.
• Review contractor pay applications for contractual compliance.
• Track construction progress using Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Coordinate weekly progress data with contractors and project systems.
