Job summary

MP Materials, Mountain Pass, California, is hiring a Project Controls – Cost Lead responsible for developing and implementing cost control systems on capital projects. The role involves leading cost planning, reporting and KPIs to ensure on-budget delivery.

You will manage forecasting, tracking, contingency and cost reporting, set up KPIs and earned value assessments, and coordinate with SAP and ERP systems to maintain accurate cost data for capital programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or finance or related field.
• Expertise in cost management for medium to large capex projects.
• Experience with ERP/financial systems implementation.
• Advanced Excel skills.
