Job summary

Redwood Materials is seeking a Lead Project Controls Specialist to own the integrated cost and schedule baseline for EPC capital projects. You will develop and track KPIs, administer earned value management, and lead cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and change management across engineering, procurement, and construction phases.

You will mentor schedulers and interface with EPC contractors, project management, and Finance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience.
8+ years of project controls experience on large capital projects.
Experience with earned value management and cost forecasting.
Strong knowledge of WBS/CBS/OBS structures and change management.

Responsibilities

Lead the project controls function for assigned capital projects, setting standards, procedures, and reporting cadence.
Develop and maintain WBS/CBS/OBS mapping to ERP and cost codes.
Maintain KPI set (CPI, SPI, etc.) and track performance across the project lifecycle.
Own EVM including control accounts, progress measurement, and forecasting (EAC/ETC).
Manage change control processes and integration into baselines.
Develop cost-loaded and resource-loaded schedules in Primavera P6 and produce executive reports.
