Job summary

Qualifications

• Four years of applicable experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field.
• Demonstrated knowledge of complex program management concepts (budgets, estimates to complete, project schedules).
• Knowledge of financial accounting as it relates to U.S. GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and control WBS for cost charging, billing and revenue recognition.
• Forecasting, budgeting, analysis, and reporting cycles, including estimates to complete and trend analysis.
• Track costs and performance, prepare variances and completion reports.
• Maximize project cashflow, review invoices and reconcile unbilled balances.
• Oversee subcontractor expenditures and analyze cost trends for monthly accruals.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
