Job summary

KEITH is seeking a detail-oriented Project Controls Manager in Pompano Beach, FL to oversee project financial controls, forecasting, and contract compliance. You will partner with project teams to improve profitability and financial visibility across the organization.

The role requires 8+ years in project accounting within the AE/C sector, strong cost control expertise, and familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in project accounting, financial controls, or project administration within the A/E/C industry.
• Strong understanding of project financial management, forecasting, WIP, revenue, billing, profitability, and cost controls.
• Familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint or similar project accounting software.
• Experience with FDOT or other public agency billing processes is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to work with Project Managers, Discipline leadership, and Operations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project financial controls, forecasting, contract compliance, systems, and financial performance across the organization.
• Partner with Project Managers, Discipline leadership, and Operations to strengthen profitability and visibility.
• Oversee proposal financial strategy including budgets, pricing, margin protection, and contract-ready docs.
• Govern Deltek configuration, data standards, project setup, and system enhancements.
• Lead resource planning and utilization across disciplines aligned with financial objectives.
• Oversee forecasting, budgeting, cost-to-complete, revenue planning, and portfolio profitability.
• Manage invoicing, billing schedules, and documentation standards.
