Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors seeks a seasoned professional to plan and manage heavy industrial project schedules and cost controls. You will forecast construction activities and coordinate with multiple disciplines to avoid conflicts, while updating schedules through meetings and field verification.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in planning, scheduling and estimating, with Primavera P6/MS Project proficiency and PMI or AACE certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in planning, scheduling, cost control and estimating.
• Degree in construction-related field; advanced degree preferred.
• PMI or AACE certification is a plus.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule heavy industrial engineering projects and monitor costs.
• Develop schedules for contract packages and forecast construction activities.
• Update schedules via meetings, field verification and coordination.
• Support change management and weekly hearings and meetings.
• Assist clients in constructability and logistics planning.
• Estimate activity durations and support cost estimations.
