Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture or related field and extensive construction leadership experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with safety, schedule, cost and quality outcomes.
• Deep knowledge of documents, contracts, permitting, procurement, estimating, budgeting, and field execution.
• Experience with design-build or integrated delivery models is valued.
• Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder-management skills in changing environments.
• Ability to build trust across diverse teams and lead with accountability and discipline.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and multi-tasking capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and construction activities from preconstruction to closeout.
• Maintain on-site presence: conduct site visits, attend coordination meetings, enforce safety and schedule.
• Oversee procurement: bid packages, RFPs, and contract documents; manage reviews and audits.
• Collaborate with contractors, engineers, designers, and consultants to resolve issues and manage cost.
• Coordinate permitting, compliance, and regulatory approvals to avoid delays.
• Support contract negotiations and vendor invoicing with cost controls and visibility.
• Engage stakeholders across planning, design and construction for smooth turnover.
