The ideal candidate will enhance project execution through analytical insights and strong collaboration with construction teams.

Qualifications

• 10-12+ years of experience in project controls or construction management.
• Experience supporting large-scale construction or capital projects $10M or $15M preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in project planning and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules.
• Monitor and control project costs including labor and materials.
• Produce regular reports and dashboards for project stakeholders.
