Job summary

North Wind Group is seeking a Project Controls Engineer to coordinate planning, scheduling, cost management, and performance tracking for environmental projects. You will work closely with field teams to reflect real-time conditions, deliver forecasting, and support informed decision-making to drive project success.

You will partner with superintendents and project managers to ensure alignment between installed work, schedule advancement, and budget expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 8–10+ years of experience in project controls on environmental remediation, construction, or engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of schedule development, cost control, and EVMS.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 or MS Project and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Manage budgets, cost loading, and CBS alignment with WBS and schedule.
• Produce EAC/ETC forecasts and perform EVMS analysis.
• Interface with project managers, superintendents, and craft teams to ensure schedule and cost alignment.
