Bi-State Development is seeking a Manager of Project & Document Control to oversee and optimize project controls, document management, and information systems for Metro’s Capital Projects department. You will lead a team, supervise CAD document control staff, and ensure accuracy and accessibility of project records throughout the lifecycle.

• Knowledge of project controls, document management, and capital project processes.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Ability to lead and develop staff while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrator for project management and document management systems.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve issues and maintain performance.
• Develop and maintain standardized project controls and document procedures.
• Maintain manuals, policies, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with Project Managers on budgeting, cost control, scheduling, and reporting.
• Provide training and guidance on controls and document management.
