Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Project Controls Cost Analyst to lead cost management for complex capital projects in a matrixed organization. You will directly contribute to client communications and mentor junior staff while developing robust project controls plans.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of cost/schedule management experience on capital projects across design, construction and testing phases. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related field.
• Five or more years of cost or schedule management experience on capital projects.
• Direct experience in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Expertise using cost and schedule management software.
• Experience in construction, life sciences, data centers, industrial sectors.
• Exemplary oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead project-level cost management.
• Prepare forecasts, variance analysis, and risk assessments.
• Support earned value, change management, and scenario analysis.
• Serve as a key contributor in client meetings.
• Review work products prepared by junior staff.
• Support development of project controls plans and procedures.
