Qualifications

• Experience preparing project cost, schedule, and performance reports.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience tracking project milestones, risks, changes, and financial information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with Project Managers, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow plans.
• Prepare weekly and monthly cost, schedule, and project performance reports.
• Monitor cost and schedule variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Track project milestones, risks, changes, and project documentation.
• Support project estimates, business cases, change orders, accruals, and financial closeout activities.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and data analyses to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, contractors, finance teams, and stakeholders on project controls activities.
• Support project databases, reporting systems, process improvements, and ad-hoc financial analysis.
• Monitor project forecasting performance using SAP/BW and other tools.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improving cost and schedule performance.
