Job summary

Rwdy, Inc. is seeking a Project Controls Advisor II in Carlsbad, NM (or Odessa, TX) to lead project controls activities across complex projects. The role requires expertise in planning and scheduling, cost control, and contract administration, with ExxonMobil Downstream experience preferred.

The position offers an hourly compensation of $107 and a truck allowance of $120/day, with travel 1–2 times per week and a 5/2 schedule. Target start date is 11/30/2026.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Construction Management.
• Experience in Project Services, Project Controls, and Planning.
• Previous ExxonMobil experience required, preferably in Downstream projects.
• Multiple international project assignments.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project cost control activities, including compliance with client policies and procedures, development and maintenance of controls systems to support contracting strategies, and contract administration.
• Develop Project Controls Plans.
• Oversee development of Project Class 3 Cost Estimates.
• Independently draft high-quality Appropriation Request packages, project procedures, and Decision Support (White Paper) documents.
