Brunel Energy is seeking a Project Controls Advisor for a one-year contract in Carlsbad, NM. You will support cost management, forecasting, and project controls for multiple EPC-related challenges, coordinating with engineers and contractors.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in project controls and a degree in engineering or construction management. Knowledge of EcoSys and downstream project experience are highly valued in a refining environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in project controls and scheduling.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, engineering technology, or construction management.
• Experience with EcoSys is a strong plus.
• Downstream/refining project exposure preferred.
• Ability to lead and support multiple projects concurrently.

• Coordinate cost control activities and support cost management.
• Support small-scale projects under $100M across 2–3 projects.
• Forecast and estimate costs; monitor project performance.
• Prepare monthly accruals, headcount projections, and performance factors.
