Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Project Controls Advisor II (Cost) for a 12‑month assignment based in Carlsbad, NM or Odessa, TX. The role focuses on project cost control, controls system development, contract administration, and documentation, with mentoring and process improvements in a collaborative team.

Responsibilities include forecasting, estimating, headcount planning, and supporting engineers across 2–3 projects, with travel to project sites as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or construction management required.
• 5–10 years in Project Controls focusing on cost.
• Experience with forecasting, estimating, and project support.
• Ability to coordinate cost control activities per company policies.
• Develop Project Controls Plans and Class 3 Cost Estimates.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Forecast and estimate project costs and resources.
• Project forecasting, headcount projections, and staffing planning.
• Support Project Engineers with execution and reporting.
• Manage 2–3 projects concurrently.
