Qualifications

• Associate degree in a closely related field or combination of education and relevant experience.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience; an advanced degree may offset years of experience.
• Understands the scope of work to build and status schedules, cost plans, spend plans with project controls tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including grammar, punctuation, proofreading, spelling and telephone skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office including Word and Outlook.
• Commitment to our employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed analysis and reporting on project status within established project controls.
• Develop and report on cost estimates, baselines, work packages, and EVM variances.
• Support technical project management activities and serve as a central contact for internal/external teams.
• Collaborate with leads and managers to influence decisions on WBS, schedule, and budget.
• Apply earned value and other techniques to relate planned work, actuals, and costs.
• Supervise junior project accountants as needed.
• Assist with customer interactions and document management.
