Job summary

HDR is seeking a Senior Project Accountant to join our team in Bellevue, WA. You will analyze project status, manage cost baselines, and support the project management group with earned value and risk assessments.

Qualified candidates hold a Bachelor's in Accounting with 10+ years of experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and project controls tools. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate reporting and successful project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• Associate degree in a closely related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience; an advanced degree may offset years of experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills including grammar and proofreading.

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed analysis and reporting on project status using established controls.
• Develop and report cost estimates, baseline budgets, and earned value management (EVM).
• Support the technical project management team in project management activities.
• Serve as centralized point of contact to internal and external business partners.
• Supervise junior project accountants as needed.
• Perform other duties as needed.
