TAR in Austin, Texas is seeking a Project Controller to own cost controls, forecasting, and reporting for a utility-scale campus in active execution and the GW-scale pipeline behind it. You will support project financing through lender reporting and funding requests, with 5+ years in project controls, based in Austin and on-site in West Texas.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project controls or cost management on major capital projects.
• Experience in EPC or infrastructure project controls.
• Experience with loan reporting, funding requests, and financial close deliverables.
• Strong contract administration knowledge: commitments, change orders, invoicing, payments.
• Fluency with cost management systems and strong analytical rigor.
• High ownership and startup-speed decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own project cost controls, cost management, forecasting, and reporting across solar and storage campuses.
• Administer EPC and supply contracts to ensure financial compliance and tight cost control.
• Track commitments, change orders, invoices, and payments against contracts.
• Maintain the project controls system as the single source of truth for cost.
• Build budgets and cost baselines with leadership as campuses move to execution.
• Support financing activities with lender reporting and funding requests.
• Surface cost risks early and drive resolution with procurement and construction teams.
